Shipping policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at check-out. All orders are posted using Royal Mail and delivered Monday - Saturday. 

1st Class Large Letter - £1.70 (1-3 working days)

Standard Small Parcel - £3.95 (2-3 working days)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Where applicable, this will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you receive your order damaged or it is not delivered after 14 days, please contact us here: info@thegoodsoilgardener.co.uk 

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods to support any claim.
